Getting Technical

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Astra proposes to conduct a User Acceptance Testing (UAT) period for the Trust to accept and review deliverable. Following acceptance and project launch, Astra provides a warranty period of 30 days allowing for resolution of any previously unidentified defects to ensure the product meets or exceeds expected standards.
Deployment & Beyond
At the conclusion or launch of any project, we conduct a formal project review session with our client, called a project retrospective session. This review is an open forum that provides everyone on the project team an opportunity to communicate what they felt did and didn’t work well. We then determine key learnings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and future efficiencies.
